Safety
Safety is a fundamental value and belief at International Recruitment Corporation (IRC). The vision of IRC includes an injury-free work environment as a result of having zero accidents. Safety extends beyond normal working hours, and, accordingly, safety in employees’ and their families’ off-the-job activities are strongly encouraged. These values learned on the job can prevent accidents while off the job for our friends and families. Each of us has the individual responsibility to make the safety of our co-workers and ourselves a paramount consideration in everything we do. Every person has the responsibility and obligation to prevent accidents and injuries by observing established working rules, by following directions of supervisors, by practicing the principals taught in safety training, and by providing ideas on how all safety efforts might be further strengthened.
- IRC believes Accidents and Injuries are Preventable
- IRC believes in Caring about People
- IRC believes that No job is so important that the time cannot be taken to do it can be SAFELY
- IRC believes that the Accumulation of Individual and Team Attitude towards SAFE and CLEAN drilling operations PREVENTS ACCIDENTS
- IRC believes in SAFETY FIRST in All WE DO - IRC believes in PROTECTING the NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
- IRC believes ANYONE in the workplace who observes an Action or Condition that is UNSAFE has an Obligation to intervene
